Chicken Fajita

This easy chicken fajita is zero points per portion on Weight Watchers FreeStyle or Flex plan

Ingredients
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 red sweet pepper de-seeded & thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper de-seeded & thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 10 sprays Frylight / Pam
  • 2 chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 4 drops chili sauce optional
  • 4 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • For the marinade
  • zero point salsa


Chicken Fajita

Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 200oC / 400oF /Gas Mark 6. Wrap the tortilla wraps in foil and set aside.
  2. Mix the smoked paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin, minced garlic and chili sauce (if using) in a bowl and add the thinly sliced chicken. Mix so that the chicken is covered in the spices. Set aside.
