Overnight Cake Batter Protein Oatmeal


  • 1 cup Old fashioned oats (use gluten free if sensitive)
  • 1/4 cup Plain or vanilla protein powder (or additional oats) [1]
  • 2 tbs Baking stevia (or 1/4 cup sweetener that measures like sugar) [2]
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp Butter extract (or vanilla extract)
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or low fat milk)
  • 1/2 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt (or mashed banana or applesauce)
  • 1 tbs Sprinkles for topping (optional)
Overnight Cake Batter Protein Oatmeal

  1. In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. 
  2. Divide between 2 small bowls, mugs, or mason jars. 
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour (or more) so the oats soften and absorb the liquid).
