SLOW COOKER HEALTHY KING RANCH CHICKEN SOUP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 (10 ounce) package Tortilla chips
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (minced; seeded if would prefer less heat)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 4 teaspoons chili powder
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
