Slow Cooker Parmesan and Honey Pork Tenderloin


  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (of Water)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water
    Slow Cooker Parmesan and Honey Pork Tenderloin


  1. Rub the pork with the mixture of the honey, parmesan, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, mustard, oil and pepper, place into the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and slice.
  3. Mix the mixture of the cornstarch and water into the juices in the slow cooker along with the broth and cook on high, covered, until the sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes, before serving the pork topped with the sauce.
