WEIGHT WATCHERS LEMON DILL SALMON

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Lemon zested
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 4 salmon filets skin on (roughly 6-8 ounces each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill
    WEIGHT WATCHERS LEMON DILL SALMON

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Season the salmon with the salt, pepper and olive oil in a small bowl, then place onto a baking sheet (I line with parchment paper).
