Baked Spaghetti Squash
- 1 medium Spaghetti squash
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
Italian Baked Chicken Breast
- 2 large Chicken breast
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- Nutmeg (optional - to taste)
- Black pepper (optional - to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cook spaghetti squash in the oven according to the instructions here.
- Cook Italian Baked Chicken Breast in the oven according to the instructions here, except use butter instead of olive oil and halve the recipe. Then, cut into bite size pieces.
- Meanwhile, make the low carb Alfredo sauce on the stove, according to the instructions here.
- Use a fork to release the spaghetti squash strands and transfer to a large bowl.
