HEALTHY CHICKEN ALFREDO RECIPE WITH SPAGHETTI SQUASH

INGREDIENTS:
Baked Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 medium Spaghetti squash
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)

Italian Baked Chicken Breast

  • 2 large Chicken breast
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
Low Carb Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • Nutmeg (optional - to taste)
  • Black pepper (optional - to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook spaghetti squash in the oven according to the instructions here.
