Keto Deep Dish Pizza


  • 1 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper optional
  • 1 tsp oregano optional
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese optional
  • 3/4 Pound Italian Sausage ground or de-cased
  • 1 Package Pepperoni
  • 1 Package Fresh Mozzarella cut into slices
  • 1 jar your favorite pizza sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Begin by flattening out your sausage into a circle on parchment paper or nonstick foil. This circle should be about 10 inches in diameter.
  3. Transfer your sausage on foil/parchment into a 9 inch cake pan. It should be just a little too big for the cake pan. Use the excess to create a "crust" to help hold the ingredients in. If you do not have a cake pan, using a dish that is a couple inches deep that is oven safe will work fine.
