Low Carb Cheesy Bread


  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4-6 eggs
  • 2 cups your favorite shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    Low Carb Cheesy Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray an 11×13 (ish) baking sheet well with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well mixed. The more eggs you use the more “eggy” flavor your end result will have, 4 is enough of a binder for the cheese but you can use up to 6. Use your favorite shredded cheeses to get a combination you like best, my favorite is a mozzarella and Colby-Monterey Jack mix.
