  • 1lb Pork Sausage (Breakfast Sausage)
  • 6 Slices Bacon, Cut into small chunks
  • 4 Slices Ham, Cut into small chunks
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, bacon, ham, cheese, and egg. Mix lightly with a large spoon or use hands.
  3. Divide mixture into 8 portions and pack into mini loaf pan cavities. 
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 40 mins.
