Ingredients

  • 14 oz diced tomatoes undrained
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 small zucchini shredded
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in a large saucepan until no pink remains.  Drain fat.
  2. Stir in green peppers, zucchini, and chili powder. Cook until pepper begins to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
