BLUEBERRY BANANA OATMEAL SMOOTHIE {IN A MASON JAR}

Blueberry banana oatmeal smoothie. A healthy and filling smoothie recipe with only 5 ingredients. I love making a batch of these smoothies in mason jars using my immersion blender and storing them in the fridge.
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Banana
  • ⅓ cup Oatmeal
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¾ cup Frozen blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. If using an immersion blender, layer your ingredients in a mason jar in this order: greek yogurt, banana, blueberries, milk and blend. Once blended, add oatmeal and blend just until combined.
  2. You can also combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth-ie.. :)
  3. Enjoy!
