EASY KETO,LOW CARB CAULIFLOWER MAC AND CHEESE

Ingredients:

  •  1 c. Cheddar cheese
  •  ½ c. Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ c. Parmesan cheese
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  1 Large head of cauliflower
  •  1 c. Heavy whipping cream
  •  3 oz. Cream cheese
  •  1 tsp. Onion powder
  •  1 tsp. Garlic powder
    EASY KETO,LOW CARB CAULIFLOWER MAC AND CHEESE

Instructions:

  1.  Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2.  Cut a head of cauliflower into florets, steam or boil until they are a crisp tender.
  3. Should take about 5 minutes.
  4.  Completely strain the cauliflower, and place in a greased baking dish. Add salt
  5. and pepper to taste.
  6.  In a skillet over medium-high heat add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, and bring it to
  7. a low simmering boil.
  8.  Whisk in the garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
