Keto Lemon Pepper Chicken Foil Packets with Asparagus and Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (about 5 oz each)
  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus
  • 1 fresh lemon, sliced
  • 1 bunch of fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. For each serving:  Season both sides of chicken breast with lemon pepper seasoning.  Place one breast onto a 12" by 12" sheet of foil that has been lightly coated with olive oil or coconut oil.
  2. Add 5-6 asparagus spears next to each chicken breast.  Then add a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon.  Sprinkle a little more lemon pepper seasoning on top of asparagus, if desired.  Also, add a few drops of lemon juice on top of the chicken and asparagus, if desired.
  3. Tightly wrap each chicken and asparagus packet and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and reaches 160 degrees.  Remove from oven and let rest for about 5 minutes before eating.
