  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • Kosher salt & pepper, to taste
  • 7-8 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 large onions, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 6 cups water

  1. In a large bowl, combine cucumber and onion slices.
  2. Add water and apple cider vinegar, mixing well.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate at least three hours to allow flavors to meld.
