KETO,PALEO,WHOLE 30 CRISPY CHICKEN THIGHS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 large lemon sliced across the width
  • 5 bone in, skin on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil, or other oil suitable for high heat
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat the your oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Using a paper towel, pat the chicken thighs dry and season them liberally with salt and pepper
  3. Spread the oil in the bottom of a large cast iron skillet, or other heavy, oven safe skillet.  Arrange the chicken, skin side down in the skillet. 
  4. Place the skillet over medium heat and cook until the chicken skin is brown and crispy, and easily releases from the bottom of the skillet (about 14-16 minutes)
