Low Carb Cauliflower Tortillas (Gluten Free)


  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2.25 cups 8.5 ounces or (241g) shredded Mexican cheese
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets 1/2 large head (12 ounces)
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    Low Carb Cauliflower Tortillas (Gluten Free)


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Lay parchment paper on two baking sheets. Set aside.
  3. Place the florets into a food processor and pulse until the florets are grated and there are no large pieces.
  4. Add into the food processor the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
