- 2 lbs. all-natural ground sausage
- 1 cup pepper and onion blend
- 2 cups grated cheddar
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tbs baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Stir all ingredients together until well combined. There should be no flour or cheese in the bottom of the bowl.
- Roll Sausage into small balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until done in the center
