These Mint + Lime Slushies are a refreshing afternoon drink made with limes, mint, a touch of honey, sparkling water and lots and lots of ice. A perfectly healthy summer drink for the entire family


  • 6 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 cup honey (or sugar)
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves
  • 5-6 cups of ice
  • 2 cups (1 16.9 bottle) sparkling water

MINT + LIME SLUSHY #summerdrink #healthy

1. In a blender, add in all of the ingredients and blend for 30-45 seconds or until the mint is broken down and the ice is broken into small slushy size pieces. I find that I have to either add in a couple more pieces of ice or a little more water to get the right consistency.
2. Pour into glasses and serve right away.
3. If your leftovers get too watery, add in some more ice and blend again before serving.
