SUPER BUTTERY KETO CRACKERS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Rosemary fresh, optional
  • 2 Cups Meltable Cheese shredded. I use mozzarella, cheddar and jack would both be delicious
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and “pulse” 20 times.
  3. Press “on”, and allow the ingredients to continue combining until they form into a ball.
  4. Remove the dough from the food processor using a rubber spatula and place it on a sheet of parchment paper.
  5. Place a second sheet of parchment over the dough.
  6. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thing and even layer about ¼ - ⅛” thick — the thinner the dough the crunchier the cracker.
